Gemsbock (Oryx)

A spectacular-looking antelope.

Quite common in this region.

Pale Chanting Goshawk

I hope this is the correct name.

This one seemed happy to balance on one leg!

Here proving it does have two legs.

Kudu

We found this one lying helpless beside the road.

Presumably hit by a vehicle, but not yet found by predators.

Back at Okaukuejo Campsite

As the sun sets the giraffes cautiously make their way to the waterhole.

Drinking - lit by floodlights.

In the campsite

A vast nest, built by Sociable Weavers.
